1 lb. venison steak (round, etc.)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup salad oil
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup water
4 beef cubes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tomato, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in strips. Mix soy sauce, garlic and salad oil together and pour over steak. Let stand for 1 hour. Pour into hot fry pan. Stir and brown thoroughly.

Add vegetables, cover and cook 5 - 10 minutes over low heat or until vegetables are tender crisp. Add beef cubes.

Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to fry pan. Stir until gravy is thickened. Cover and cook low (5 - 10 minutes). Add tomatoes last 1 - 2 minutes. Serve over hot boiled rice.
