4 cups mashed peaches
1/2 cup sugar

4 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 gal. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peaches and 1/2 cup sugar, set aside.

Beat eggs until frothy. Add 1 cup sugar and beat until thick. Add Eagle Brand milk and vanilla; slowly add 1/2 gallon milk and beat well.

Process in electric freezer. Add peach mixture the final 15 minutes of processing.
