2˝ c. Triple Sec®
2˝ c. fresh lime juice
2 c. simple syrup
˝ c. of Grand Gala® Orange Brandy (optional)

Mix and store in refrigerator. Serve over ice with salt, and lime garnish.

Stuart and I made these for a friend's daughter's engagement party last year. We made 12 gallons of this. I still have a bit left over in the Galveston Freezer. They are the BEST!
