1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat egg white and water until frothy but not stiff. In another bowl stir together sugar, salt & cinnamon. Pour pecans into egg white mixture and mix well. Add sugar mixture and stir until well coated. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 300 ° for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
