Juice of 1 Lemon
3 Cloves of garlic -pressed
1/2 C. Canola Oil
1 TSP. Sugar
1/2 TSP. Tarragon
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1 lb. Bacon ( diced, fried )
2 Heads Romaine Lettuce, Cut Up
1 PKG. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2/3 C. Slivered Almonds

Directions:

Combine lemon juice, garlic, canola oil, sugar, tarragon ,salt & pepper.
let sit 3 hours

Combine bacon, lettuce, cheese, & almonds
Toss with dressing
