Bottom layer
-1 lb of Oreo cookies, crushed
-1/2 cup melted butter

Middle layer
-1/2 gallon ice cream, softened

Top layer
-1 large can evaporated milk
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup melted butter
-2 oz bitter chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
-Mix cookies and butter together and spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
-Freeze.

-Spread ice cream over cookies.
-Freeze.

-Stir top layer ingredients constantly in large saucepan and boil for 10 minutes.
-Cool.
-Spread over ice cream.
-Freeze.
