1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 lb._unseasoned sausage
2 1/2 c. flour
1 lb. cooked raisins
1 c. nut meats, chopped
2 T. jelly (grape is good)
1 heaping tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 c. hot water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour large loaf pan or angel food cake pan or Bundt pan. Mix all ingredients together and bake for approximately 1 hour.
