1 eye of round roast
1 14oz can tomatoes or tomato sauce
3/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp dry mustard

Put roast in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to roast. Cook on med/high all day.
