1/2 TSP.BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP.SALT
1/2 TSP.BAKING POWER
1 TSP. CINNAMON
1/2 CUP VEG.OIL
1 EGG
1 CUP SUGAR
2 BANANAS (MASHED)
6 OZ. OF BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS

PRE~HEAT OVEN TO 350* PEEL & CHOP 2 CUPS OF APPLES & SET ASIDE
MIX OIL,EGG & SUGAR TOGETHER.ADD SIFTED
FLOUR,SALT,SODA,CINNIMON & BAKING POWER
THEN ADD APPLES , WALNUTS & BANANAS. POUR IN SPRAYED 8X8 PAN
TOP WITH BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS. BAKE FOR 55~60 MINS.

TIP: APPLE CAKE CAN BE DOUBLED FOR 9X13 PAN. ~ APPLE CRUNCH: 6 APPLES,1/2 C.SUGAR,1/2 TSP. CINN. 1 CUP A.P. FLOUR 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR & 1/2 CUP BUTTER.PRE~HEAT OVEN 325* SPRAY 8X8 PAN. SPREAD APPLES,TOP W/SUGAR & SPRINKLE W/ CINN. MIX FLOUR & SUGAR. CUT IN BUTTER USING FINGERS UNTIL MIXTURE IS COARSE. SPREAD OVER APPLES.BAKE 1 HOUR.
