• 1 cup Breadcrumbs
• 1 cup Rice
• Tomato sauce
• Bacon Stock
• Salt, pepper and herbs
• 2 onions
• 2 Eggs
• Mince
• Flour

Sauce (I always use to run short of sauce with this amount, so I doubled these amounts)
• 1 tin Tomato Soup
• 1 ½ tin water
• ½ tin Tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon Floor

Directions:

1. Mix rissole ingredients and make golf ball size balls
2. Roll in flour
3. Place in baking dish
4. Heat sauce and pour over rissoles
5. Cook for about an hour
