• ½ kg sugar
• 300 ml water
• 300 ml freshly made tea
• 600 ml syrup (Fruit Cup)
• 300 ml lemon juice
• 600 ml orange juice
• 600 ml pineapple juice
• 3 liters iced water
• Glazed cherries
• 3 bottles soda water
• Mint, banana, orange, lemon & apple

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil sugar in 300 ml water for 5 mins, add tea, syrup and juices
2. When required add ice water and soda water.
3. Garnish with fruit and mint

This was available year round, when you were in the Kitchen at Jim and Joan's - everyone's favourites. Again, I don't think she ever used a recipe, I got this one watching her make it. Sometimes she would add ginger ale, lemonade - whatever she had, and it always tasted great.
