• 125 gr Butter
• 1 1/3 cups castor sugar
• ½ cup Plain Flour
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 5 eggs separated
• 1 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease ovenproof dish
2. Cream butter and sugar
3. Add sifter flour and combine with creamed sugar and butter mix
4. Add juice, egg yolks and milk, combine
5. Beat egg whites, fold into mixture
6. Pour into ovenproof dish sit in pan of water
7. Bake in moderate oven for 45 mins or until cooked in the middle.
