1 tin condensed milk
2 eggs
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp butter
1 sweet short crust pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Put condensed milk, egg yolk & juice of lemons into a basin and mix well
Put egg whites into a stainless steel or glass bowl and beat until stiff, add sugar slowly while beating
Pour condensed milk mix into pie shell and cover with egg white mix.
Bake in a moderate over until golden on top

You don't have to cook this one, it is just as good without cooking, doesn't set quite as hard, but still great.
