1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1 T. water
1 # pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk water and egg white until frothy. Toss in pecans. Stir to coat with whites. Place wet pecans into the sugar mix. Once well coated, spread onto a parchment covered baking sheet with a rim.
Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
