2 c. fresh rhubarb, diced
2 c. strawberries, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
8 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dice rhubarb and strawberries. Place into a large bowl. Add sugar and flour. Mix generously. Place in bottom of uncooked pie crust. Top with butter. Place top uncooked pie crust over mixture. Preheat oven to 400º. Place pie into oven for 20 minutes. Then, decrease temperature to 350º. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
