-14 oz Diced Organic Tomatoes
-2 (10) oz Rotel (can of tomatoes and green chilies)
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1/4 tsp sugar
-1/2 tsp Sea Salt (or to taste)
-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (or to taste)
-1/2 a Fresh Lime
-1 bag of Tortilla Chips

(optional: add 2T fresh chopped cilantro)

-Add all of your ingredients into a bowl.
-Use an immersion blender or regular blender to blend your ingredients.
-Salsa should be smooth.
-Cover bowl of salsa and place in the fridge to chill.
