2. Cups Bisquick Mix
1 1/3 C. milk
1 egg
2 T. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
mini chocolate chips (1/2 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Bisquick, sugar in a bowl. Make a well in middle of dry ingredients. Add egg to well and whisk together until egg is just combined. Add milk in small amounts and whisk until smooth and then add more milk.

Add vanilla and mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Heat griddle to 325º. Spoon 1/4 c. of mixture onto hot griddle. Flip when tiny bubbles appear. Cook 1 minute more until golden brown.
