Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Costco or equivalent Box Fresh Spring Mix Salad Greens
1 C. Walnuts coarse chopped
1/2 purple onion thin sliced or chopped
2-5 lg cloves fresh garlic, peeled and chopped very fine or push thru garlic press
1 lb Gorgonzola cheese crumbled in marble size pieces and some smaller
**Note: the above ingredients are prefect , for variety, you can add partly peeled sliced cucumber, Greek olives, grape tomatoes halved

The beauty of this salad is that you really don't need dressing. You simply mix all ingredients and "Lomi" it (massage it together - don't be afraid to really squeeze and need a little - this may slightly wilt greens, but will cause natural juices from mixtures to blend wonderfully, while the cheese, onion and garlic provide the heavier flavors that make this salad a winner. You can also add a tiny amount of olive oil (maybe a T.) and tsp. of Balsamic vinaigrette if you want.

You can't go wrong ! So yummy!
