5 lbs of Korean style short ribs
1/4 cup water
1 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ginger
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rice wine
1 small onion, diced
6 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 cup green onion, minced
2 tablespoons of garlic hot sauce (rooster) (or Korean BBQ marinade and asian garlic hot sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for ribs in a blender. Reserve a quarter of the sauce. Dredge the ribs through the sauce, then BBQ. It takes 3-5 minutes to BBQ through. Once the ribs are done, remove and sprinkle remaining sauce on the ribs.
