large white mushrooms
softened butter
7-8 slices of salami, soppressata, pepperoni, or ham (or a little of each)
bread crumbs
mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Clean & peel mushrooms (wipe with damp paper towels). Cut out stems and chop finely.

Rub outside of mushroom with softened butter to coat.

Saute mushroom pieces in butter. Add meat to pan & sauté. Sprinkle bread crumbs into pan.Remove pan from heat.

Turn off stove and add mozzarella cheese. Stuff mushrooms with filling and bake at 375º for 30 – 45 minutes.
