1 TBSP Oil
1 boneless pork shoulder
1 can condensed French onion soup
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 TBSP brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in dutch oven on med-high heat. Add pork and cook until well browned on all sides. Stir the soup, ketchup, vinegar and brn sugar in a 5/6 qt slow cooker add the pork and turn to coat. Cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 or until pork is fork tender. Remove pork from cooker and place in a 10 x 13 pan, let rest for 10 minutes. Using 2 forks, shred the pork and then returning to cooker. Spook mixture onto hamburger buns. (Sometimes I'll add some tangy bbq sauce to the mix for a bolder taste!)
