1 Cup Whipping Cream
1/2 lb Gorgonzola Cheese
2 T Butter
1/3 C Parmesan Cheese

1 lb Spaghetti, Linguini, Penne

Grated Parmesan
Freshly Ground Pepper
Water/Cornstarch to thicken if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat Whipping Cream in saucepan until in boils and starts to thicken.
2. Lower heat and add crumbled gorgonzola cheese and butter
3. Heat ingredients until they are well blended.
4. Stir in parmesan cheese
5. Cook pasta to el dente
6. Serve with freshly grated parmesan and ground pepper.
