Summer, homegrown tomatoes - peeled and sliced
Hearts of Palm, sliced
chopped green onion
minced parsley
Martinique Salad Dressing
Parmesan grated cheese
Romano grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange sliced tomatoes concentrically with hearts of palm between tomatoes slices. Sprinkle chopped green onion and parsley on top. Splash with Martinique Dressing. Before serving sprinkle with Parmesan and Romano cheeses. This can be made the day before.
