Half a can of coconut milk
1 or 2 tbsp of red curry paste
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
Half a cup of sugar
Half a tsp of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add half a can of coconut milk into a sauce pan on low heat. Add 1 or 2 tbsp of red curry paste depending on how spicy you desire. Mix well. Add 1 cup of creamy peanut butter. Mix well. Raise the heat a little while stirring. Turn off the heat when the sauce begins to bubble. Add half a cup of sugar and half a tsp of salt right away and mix well. Add a little water if too thick or add peanut butter if too runny.
