1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 T. sugar
1 package mini-oreo cookies
1 container fluffy white frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
In a separate bowl, whisk, or beat, cream cheese, egg, and sugar until well blended.
Scoop cake batter (using 1/4 c. dry measuring cup) into each of 24 paper-lined & greased muffin cups. Spoon 1/2 T. of cream cheese mixture over batter in each muffin cup. Top with one cookie and cover evenly with a little more batter. Bake 19-22 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely and then top the cupcakes with frosting and a mini oreo.
