Directions:
1. Whisk warm water and sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit until it gets foamy, about 10 minutes.
2. Stir in olive oil.
3. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in center, then pour in yeast. Stir with a wooden spoon to make a rough dough.
4. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes, dusting with more flour as needed.
5. Form into two balls. Place into two large bowl coated with oil, or cooking spray. Cover tightly with plastic wrap (I just put a clean kitchen towel over the bowls) and let rise at room temp. until the dough doubles in size about an hour and thirty minutes.
6. Roll dough out and top with desired toppings.

Personal Notes:
I make this all the time. I just put the flour and salt in my kitchen aid mixer, then add the water/sugar/yeast mixture to it, and just let the mixer do the rest. Once mixed and the dough is nice and smooth, I let the dough hook knead it for about 3-4 minutes on low to medium setting.
