2 lbs. mushrooms, sliced
2 regular or purple onions sliced
3 T. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. mayo
2 T. potato starch
2 T. onion soup mix
garlic powder, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9 inch round pan with Pam. Heat oil in a saute pan and saute onions until soft, about 8 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 2 more minutes. In a bowl, combine mushroom-onion mixture and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well. Pour into pan. Bake 45-60 minutes until top is browned.
