5-7 potatoes cooked and mashed
Salt and pepper
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp butter
Paprika

Mix all ingredients together. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 375º for 1/2 hour to 40 min.

I usually double this recipe for a bigger crowd. It also provides some great left-overs!
You can make this in the morning and leave it on the counter until time to bake it, freeing up refrigerator space.
