1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
2 eggs
1/2 tsp fennel seed
1/2 cop grated Parmesan
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1tsp Italian herb
Salt and pepper

16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1-2 cups additional spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. On piece of wax or parchment paper, flatten meat into large rectangle. Top with 8-12 oz. of shredded mozzarella. Using paper to help lift the meat, roll up in jelly-roll fashion. Pinch edges to seal. Bake in large casserole pan at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes until firm. You can also use a meat thermometer. Top with remaining cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is melted and toasted on top. Serve with heated pasta sauce.
