1/4 c. oil
large onion
3-4 cloves garlic
6 large zucchini
2 lbs. chicken bones
3 chicken cutlets

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and garlic. Saute in 8 quart pot. Add peeled and chunked zucchini and chicken bones in a mesh bag. Add water to cover and salt and pepper. Cook for 2 hours. Remove bones. Blend soup. Add cubed chicken cutlets. Cook for 1/2 hour.
