SPINACH BALLS
2 packages frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained dry
4 eggs beaten
1 chopped onion
¾ cup butter melted (save for later)
½ cup grated cheese mozzarella
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
½ teaspoon thyme
2 cups bread crumbs (seasoned)
Mix all together adding melted butter last.
Set in the fridge overnight.
Next day, shape into walnut sized balls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly brown.
