5 fresh cobs of corn,
1 small container blue cheese,
1 pint of cherry( or grape) tomatoes halfed,
1/2 red onion chopped,
1/2 container of baby arugula cleaned with removed stems,
4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil,
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn directly off cob. Clean and dry. Mix with the rest of the hard ingredients and toss. Mix olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar and toss on salad. Serve cold.
