Olive Garden Dress or a good Italian dressing
Three cucumbers
6 oz bar mozzarella cheese
One sweet onion (we like Walla Walla’s)
Two medium tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the cucumbers and cut in to bite size chunks
Cut mozzarella cheese in to bite size chunks
Dice the sweet onions
Cut the tomatoes to bite size chunks
Dump everything in to a large bowl, add ¼ cup dressing or more to taste - and let sit in fridge for at least two hours before serving. It’s even better overnight.
