1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast
1 t. dried basil leaves
1 c. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Combine tomatoes, stuffing mix, and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened. Place one chicken breast on center of each of 6 large sheets of heavy duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; top with basil, stuffing mixture and cheese. Bring up foil sides; double fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place on baking sheet pan. Bake 30 to 35 min or until chicken is done. Cool 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets. *No heavy duty foil on hand? Just use double-layer sheets of regular foil instead.
