2 Cans (16 oz) Cream-Style Corn
4 Eggs – beaten with mixer
1 small jar diced Pimentos (drained)
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese – grated
½ C. Cooking Oil
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Pkg (6 oz) Mexican Cornbread Mix

Directions:

Bake: 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients & bake in casserole dish uncovered for 45 min.
