2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tbsp. Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce (maybe more)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake : 325 degrees
Make paste with above ingredients & rub all over roast
Bake roast uncovered, 20 minutes per pound. Let roast rest 10 minutes before serving.
Save au Jus in bottom of pan to serve with roast.
May also accompany roast with horseradish sauce below.

HORSERADISH SAUCE
Chill bowls and utensils (mixer beaters, spoons/spatulas) before preparing.
½ C. Whipping Cream
¼ C. Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip Salad Dressing)
2 Tbsp. Yellow Prepared Mustard
1 Tbsp. (heaping) Prepared Horseradish (found in grocery dairy case), drained.
(do not use cream style).
¼ tsp. Lemon Juice
½ tsp. Seasoned Salt
In a bowl beat whipping cream until stiff
Add next 5 ingredients and beat until all are incorporated
Refrigerate until ready to serve
