2 single pie crusts, baked & cooled
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp
1 tbsp. milk
rounded 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
8 oz. cool whip
3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
1 c. cranberry juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 can cranberry sauce

Directions:

Cream together milk & cream cheese until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar & vanilla. Fold in cool whip. Pour into pie shells & refrigerate.

Heat jello, cranberry juice & sugar to boiling & jello is dissolved. Remove from heat. Using a hand blender, blend cranberry sauce into jello mixture. Chill until mixture starts to gel. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill. Best if refrigerate overnight. Yield 2 pies or 1-9 x 13 dessert.
