3 lb. ground Chuck 80/20
1 lb. regular sliced bacon
salt, pepper and garlic
1 pt. Fireball Whisky

Directions:
Directions:
Bring grill to 300ºF with the coals offset for indirect cooking.
Combine salt, pepper, and garlic with the ground chuck to taste.
Add 1-2 shots (1½-3 oz.) Fireball Whisky. Mix well.
Hand form meatballs, 4-6 oz. each, should yield 7-9 meatballs.
Wrap each meatball with one to two slices bacon per meatball.
Place meatball opposite hot coals for indirect cooking. Place lid on grill.
Maintain 300ºF. After 30 minutes, rotate meatballs for even cooking.
Inject each meatball with a good shot of Whisky(½ -1 oz. each).
Cover grill and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
