5lbs. Sugar
2lbs. Karo Corn Syrup


6 egg whites.
1 1/2 lbs Roasted Peanuts.

For chocolate candy add Cocoa to your desire.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar and Karo Syrup to 260º on candy thermometer.

Add peanuts and beaten egg whites(make sure they are well beaten) to sugar mixture and pour on cookie sheet
