2 pounds moose, cut in small pieces
moose bones, for flavor
moose fat, about 1/2 to 1 cup, cut in small pieces
5-6 cs. water
1/2 c. rice or 2 large cubed potatoes
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry moose chunks. Add to water along with bones and fat. Bring water to boiling and simmer for about 5 hours or until the meat is tender. About 30 minutes before completing the simmering, add potatoes and onion. When soup is ready, serve and enjoy this savory soup.
