1 refrigerated pie crust, softened (15 oz.)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
3 plum tomatoes thinly sliced
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400º. Unfold crust, press into bottom of a tart pan or pie pan. Prick bottom of crust. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 4 oz. of mozzarella cheese then set aside. Combine cream cheese, egg, four, and garlic and mix until smooth. Add remaining mozzarella cheese and basil; mix well. Spread cheese mixture over crust. Thinly slice tomatoes and arrange over cheese mixture in a circular pattern to cover cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 18-20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust edge is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes.
