1 C. unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 C. sifted powdered sugar
2 C. all-purpose flour
strawberry preserves as needed
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and vanilla until fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined
Add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing well
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Roll small balls of dough and press centers with thumb, place a little strawberry preserves in the center.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 on the top rack.
