2½ stalks celery, finely chopped
3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
⅓ c. purple onion, finely chopped
¼ c. red bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ c. yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeds removed and finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped (including tops)
1⅛ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. black pepper
¾ tsp. hot pepper sauce
¾ tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. garlic powder
3 c. V-8® juice
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
