Ingredients:  
kirbies cut in half the long way, then sliced in moon shapes.
carrots sliced into strips with peeler.
baby corn, cut up
snow peas
colored peppers, sliced

Dressing:
1/8 c. olive oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3 crushed garlic cubes
1/2 T. mustard
salt, pepper, parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut vegetables as directed above.
Mix dressing ingredients in container and shake well.
For crunchier salad, add dressing right before serving.
