1 can Artichoke hearts, in water not marinated
1/2 Bag Fresh Spinach
16 oz softened cream cheese (not whipped)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded parmesan
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 Red bell pepper, diced
1/2 tsp salt (opt.)
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In large mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese with the mayo, red peppers, spinach, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Chop artichoke pieces until they are the size you like, add parmesan and garlic. Combine with other ingredients.

Spread into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle more parmesan on top.

Bake 350 for 40 minutes until top is browned slightly and dip is bubbly. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
