2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. green bell pepper (chopped)
2 T. onion (finely chopped)
1 T. seasoned salt
1 c. pecans (chopped) divided
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, seasoned salt, and ½ c. pecans together. Form into a ball or log. Roll in ½ c. remaining pecans. Serve with crackers.
