2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 small head green cabbage (chopped)
2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
½ c. water
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 t. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven or large skillet, cook and stir beef and onions until beef is browned and done (about 5 to 7 minutes); drain. Add cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, garlic, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until cabbage is tender (about 30 minutes).
