1 c. red wine vinegar
¾ c. sugar
½ c. salad oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 15 oz. can green beans (drained)
1 15 oz. can yellow wax beans (drained)
1 16 oz. can red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
½ med. red onion (chopped)
¼ c. fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vinegar, sugar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves (about 5 minutes). Put vinegar mixture in a salad bowl and cool to room temperature. Add green beans, wax beans, kidney beans, onion, and parsley; toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Salad can be covered and refrigerated up to 4 days.
