1 T. garlic powder
1 T. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 T. vegetable oil
8 chicken thighs (boneless/skinless)
¾ c honey
1 T. plus 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes; mix well. Add thighs and toss to coat. Heat oil in a large skillet and place the chicken in a single layer. Brown the chicken on both sides (about 10 minutes on each side). In a small bowl, combine the honey and vinegar, and drizzle over browned chicken. Continue to cook the chicken, turning a couple of times for another 30 minutes, or until it is done.
