Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 lg. tomatoes (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
4 onions (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
⅓ c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg. saucepan, combine tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, cinnamon, and sugar; mix well. Cook on low-to-medium heat, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are well cooked, the flavors of all of the ingredients meld together, and it is tasty. Serve cold as a replacement for ketchup on hamburgers, hotdogs, meatloaf, roast beef, etc. We always had some of this in the fridge at home. Mom made it every fall during canning season and we had it all year round. I never knew it was from Grandma Pankow until we saw it in Mom's recipe box.
